Tired-looking eyes can come from loose upper-lid skin, a lower brow, fine under-eye lines, prominent bags or a hollow tear trough. These are different concerns. Identify the area first, then discuss Thermage Eye, brow lifting, an injectable or an eyelid-surgery assessment.
1. Is the concern eyelid skin, brow position or an eye bag?

2. Thermage Eye: check the tip before comparing shot counts
Thermage lists its 0.25 cm² Eye Tip for eyelid and periorbital use. Ask which tip will be used, whether it is a genuine single-use tip, and exactly which upper- and lower-eye areas are included. A standard facial tip should not be presented as the eye tip.
In published Korean offers, 225 shots may cover either the upper eyelid or the under-eye area; 450 shots may cover both. Twice the shots does not guarantee twice the result. Distribution and appropriate eye protection matter.
3. Ultrasound around the eyes: a brow lift is not eyelid treatment
Ultherapy and Sofwave both describe brow-lifting applications. That is a different target from eyelid-skin treatment with Thermage. If a package says “100 eye-area Ultherapy shots” or “50 eye-area Sofwave shots,” ask the clinician to mark the actual treatment zones.
For a combination plan, ask what each device is intended to address, in which order and at which sites. More devices in one package do not automatically make it a better fit.
